Capabilities

FWA and EBL have a long history of working together, with both engaging each other in sub-consultant roles. Together, we both have a long history of providing services to governmental agencies, most recently for the past 12 years under IDIQ’s for the U.S. Postal Service. FWA’s extensive architecture, engineering, planning, and surveying capabilities coupled with EBL’s mechanical, electrical, fire protection, code consulting and NAVFAC experience results in a very responsive and, flexible small business vehicle that can provide high-quality AE services to the Government.
