Founded by Angela Arensdorf, PhD, a former NIH Health Science Policy Analyst with eight years at NIH's National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, the firm applies first-person federal experience, PhD-level scientific training, and hands-on analytical execution to portfolio, program, and policy questions. Core capabilities include federal research portfolio analysis, science policy analysis, program strategy, and data analytics using R, SQL, and federal research data systems. FourLens actively pursues teaming and subcontracting arrangements with prime contractors serving HHS and the broader federal research ecosystem.
