Program Management Office (PMO) and Enterprise Portfolio Project Management (EPPM) capabilities for generating Project Schedules and developing Earned Value Management (EVM) performance metrics that are ANSI/EIA 748 compliant and services as needed (i.e. building and maintaining full System Development Lifecycle [SDLC] project management systems) to provide support for Federal Agencies to track Cost and Schedule through all lifecycle PMBOK phases {Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closing} for project-related Deliverables and Milestones to include support services for: Requirements Management, Quality Assurance and Management, Risk Management and Remediation and Configuration Management as needed.
