Endeavor TBD, LLC (E.TBD) is an operations firm for the socially-vested. Clients have a vision for good; are grounded in why, know what, and are asking how–exactly how to get there. We’re all about How. E.TBD provides operations Advising, Projects, Training and Staffing that make operations easier and more effective. We install the practices, tools and systems that make things go. We build CRM’s, develop operational plans, provide fractional operators to teams in order to increase bandwidth, and run search to find your full-time operators. Our clients have included Ashoka Global, UnboundEd, UpSurge Baltimore, and the Baltimore Civic Fund. Started in 2020, Endeavor TBD has a diverse team of core staff and contractors, and a network of flex talent and collaborators, and its founder / CEO is an alum of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
