East Coast Rigging & Scaffolding (ECR) was formed in 1992 by a group of experienced swingstage and specialty scaffolding professionals. What makes ECR different is that, as a small company, we have the ability to act quickly to creatively solve access needs in an environment requiring dynamic adaptability.
