Earthwise System Solutions, LLC (ESS) is a Minority-owned Small Business providing specialized scientific, technical, and staffing support for NOAA, NASA, and DoD environmental missions. ESS supports prime contractors and federal programs with expertise in atmospheric, ocean, and coupled Earth system modeling, data assimilation, remote sensing integration, and AI/ML-enabled environmental prediction. Core capabilities include observing system experiments (OSE/OSSE), verification and validation (V&V) of coupled forecast systems, JEDI-based workflows, uncertainty quantification, and physics-informed machine learning. ESS provides flexible SME support, proposal staffing, surge technical support, and research-to-operations (R2O) execution within operational NOAA HPC environments including Hera, Orion, and Jet. Available for subcontracting, technical staffing, and GPC-eligible rapid procurement support.
