Capabilities

DSG addresses a wide range of concerns in the health, social services, education, and justice arenas. DSG is a national leader in evidence-based repositories and scientific implementation. For SAMHSA, DSG operates the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP); for the National Institute of Justice, DSG runs CrimeSolutions.gov, for DOJ, OJJDP, DSG runs the Model Programs Guide (MPG); and for the Department of Education, DSG runs the What Works Clearinghouse in Post-Secondary Education. Major research projects include more than a dozen multi-year evaluation studies for NIJ, OJJDP, CDC, OMH, and SAMHSA. DSG conducts behavioral health and workforce development training and TA efforts for SAMHSA, the CDC, and OMH. DSG also conducts major training and TA projects for DOJ, the White House, and ACYF. DSG’s IT department develops web solutions including databases, websites, and workflow systems.
