CJT Training Solutions is pleased to present our capabilities and experience. CJT Training Solutions has developed multiple instructor-led training courses, workshop training courses, and online eLearning courses for various government entities. We are a small minority and women-owned based business. CJT has a proven track record of working effectively as an integrated team with our clients. We are well-positioned to support training requirements and compliancy standards through our team of experts in training and development. CJT specializes in the development of workshop training courses and providing highly-skilled facilitators to deliver those courses. CJT has over 20 years’ experience in training design and development. We utilize a five-stage process: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), and an Agile Learning Design to training, which focuses on sprints, flexibility, collaboration, and quality.
