Capabilities

Systems Engineering: A range of systems engineering support over the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is offered including: Mission Needs Analysis; Gap Analysis; Requirements Engineering, etc. Acquisition Support: Providing subject matter expertise and guidance on acquisition and acquisition process, including: DoDI 5000 Series Document Development; DoD Acquisition Life Cycle Support; and Acquisition Strategy and Plan Development. Program Support: Providing all program management support from schedule development, activities, and tasks, including: Project Plan; Integrated Master Schedule; Business Process Modeling; Process Improvement; and Funding Tracking. Strategic Planning: Support to define and refine vision, mission, goals and establish strategic roadmaps for long-term planning, including: Vision Definition; Mission Definition; Goal and Objective Development; and Strategic Roadmap Development.
