Quris’ Bio-AI platform integrates in-vitro humanized organ models with an in-silico engine for drug safety prediction. The system has been trained on hundreds of drugs with known FDA safety labels using a high-throughput automated platform and millions of in-silico molecular structures. Our advanced AI predication algorithm combines the in-vitro data capturing the interaction between a drug and the organ model with physicochemical properties extracted from the molecular structure- in silico and generates a hybrid toxicity predictive score with a detailed explainability layer. The platform went through successful internal and external validation by pharma, showing state of the art performance with high sensitivity and specificity. To enable personalized drug safety testing we have developed iPSC-derived organ models and established protocols for maturation to achieve physiologically relevant functionality.
