Max Negotiating LLC, dba Mindful Negotiating, specializes in delivering negotiation training and leadership development. For the past 4 years we have provided negotiation training for the US Army JAG Corps (for defense and trial counsel) and take pride in our ability to tailor our materials to the US Government's context. We provide expert-led training in conflict management, negotiation, mediation, difficult conversations, and take a highly-interactive approach to our trainings. We craft specialized materials and exercises to meet the specific needs of our government partners. Our approach is continually refined through ongoing evaluation and feedback, ensuring that our training remains relevant, applicable, and effective.
