Ironstar Engineering LLC is a veteran-owned small business developing patented systems to detect, characterize, redirect, and remove orbital debris. PRRISM™ (Platform for Redirecting and Removing Inert Space Material) is designed to reduce debris in low Earth orbits and improve space safety. PRRISM uses a multi-satellite architecture with a Space Debris Sensor (SDS), Solar Plasma Sensor (SPS), and remediation spacecraft. The system characterizes debris location, velocity, size, density, and orbital parameters while measuring solar-wind conditions. A controlled electromagnetic-field approach is designed to modify the orbital energy of targeted debris, enabling eventual atmospheric reentry without physical capture. Core capabilities include spacecraft systems engineering, debris remediation, space-domain sensing, electromagnetic technology, solar-wind characterization, orbital mechanics, and mission analysis.
