25 years experience in education research and program evaluation: Our work is guided by formative, summative, process, outcome, developmental, and equitable evaluation theory; organizational development theory; adult learning theory; and systems change theory. We design and implementing customized research projects, employing interviews, focus groups, online surveys, document review, landscape scan, observation, case study methods. Services include needs assessment, progress monitoring, formative and summative evaluation, policy briefs, and evidence-based conclusions and recommendations for clients.
