Capabilities

SheRay's & Associates team has provided leadership and training on SAMHSA's Substance abuse Prevention Specialist (SAPST) training curriculum. We have also provided trainings and technical assistance to SAMHSA's Minority serving institution (2009-2019) ( Historically Black, Latino and Native American colleges/ universities) on the strategic prevention framework, and substance abuse prevention. Throughout its history, we have partnered with community based organizations in evaluating and providing technical assistance to programs for high risk and vulnerable populations. We have extensive experience conducting dozens of evaluation projects funded by SAMHSA ( CSAT, CSAP, and CMHS) as well as HRSA, NIDA, CDC, state and local funding sources, and privet foundations.
