Plaquemine Caring provides the full array of services that focuses on individualized, comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation. Services include 24-Hour Skilled Nursing Care, Rehab to Home, Long-Term Care, Ventilator Management, Rehabilitative Management, IV Therapy, Wound Care, Respite Care, Hospice Care, Behavioral/Psychiatric Services, Physician Services and Pharmacy Services. It is our mission to provide the highest standard of care. We are invested in serving the community with integrity, excellence and honor. Our owners are residents of Plaquemine, which is why we are familiar with the area and the local community. We are members of the Plaquemine Chamber of Commerce and the Louisiana Nursing Home Association. In addition, we have been family-owned and operated by two generations for more than 40 years.
