Stuart Ottinger, owner of OPG Catering, brings 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having successfully opened and operated over 50 facilities. OPG specializes in full-service catering for a variety of events, such as corporate functions, military/government entities, disaster relief, and more. OPG strives for rapid response and turnaround time, acting quickly and adjusting to our clients needs. We offer a range of services, including off-site feeding capabilities, drop-off catering, boxed lunches, and mobile kitchens. Additional capabilities include, labor services for man camps/job sites, janitorial services, water tanks, water trucks and transportation, septic tank services all prepared to respond quickly. We are committed to providing a clean and organized job site, and every project is overseen by a team lead to ensure optimal execution.
