Lula Holdings LLC, doing business as Lula Restaurant Distillery, is a commercial food service contractor specializing in government catering, emergency feeding, disaster response, mobile food service, and high-volume meal production. Based in New Orleans, Louisiana, we provide on-site food service, boxed meals, incident support feeding, military troop feeding, emergency operations catering, and special event food service throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, and Texas. Our commercial kitchen and experienced culinary staff can rapidly scale production from approximately 150 to more than 1,500 meals per day while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and reliability.
