LOUMIS Air, LLC is a woman-owned small business providing commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical contracting services. Our skilled team delivers comprehensive solutions for the installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, boilers, split systems, rooftop units, and VRF/VRV systems. We also perform hydronic and steam piping, equipment demolition, pipe tapping, heat-exchanger installation, welding, and carbon steel, PVC, CPVC, copper, and Aqua-Therm piping. Our 8,000-square-foot facility includes in-house sheet-metal and pipe-fabrication capabilities, allowing us to maintain quality control and meet demanding project schedules. With more than 30 years of technical experience, licensed personnel, and bonding capacity of $2.5 million single/$5 million aggregate, LOUMIS Air is equipped to successfully perform federal, state, municipal, institutional, and commercial projects.
