L & R Human Resources Consulting LLC, (L & R) is headquartered in Bossier City, LA and has been providing HR Consulting services since opening in 2013. The first brick and mortar location opened in August, 2021 providing the same expertise and integrity throughout the Northwest La communities and abroad. L & R offers a full range of HR services to commercial and government customers. Services include: Hiring, Onboarding, Specialized Training, Benefits, Compensation, Executive Coaching, and many more. We began with business development training and recruitment, but have expanded to include employee relations, conflict resolution strategy, harassment, discrimination, on-site employee relations investigations, (harassment, grievances, complaints, etc.) and diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
