HEAL-MIND BODY SOUL, LLC delivers the National Diabetes Prevention Program for adult populations at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. Leadership has an MHS with over 20 years of healthcare experience with the last 12 serving in Outreach services. This organization has delivered over 150 hours of coaching to clients via one-on-one virtual conference or group virtual conference; has coached clients on various health concerns: stress management, weight loss, developing healthier eating habits, adopting a whole foods diet, improving financial health, debt elimination, diabetes prevention and management, improved physical activity, and self-care. HEAL-Mind Body Soul, LLC provides a system for transformational habit change by using visualization, motivational interviewing, and creating SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realized, and time-sensitive) customized for each client.
