Public-sector work is our only line of business. We deliver new construction, facility renovation, base and facility repair and maintenance (MATOC/IDIQ/JOC-style), design-build support, sitework and site utilities, airfield and runway repair, storm damage recovery, and water and wastewater systems — treatment and collection, lift and pump stations, process mechanical and piping, and electrical instrumentation and controls. We self-perform the mechanical, electrical, and process scopes most GCs subcontract, and we specialize in occupied, mission-critical facilities on active installations where the owner cannot shut down.
