Genesis Research and Consulting, LLC is her independent business in which she is exercising her skills, talents, and experience to help develop programs and initiatives, offer consultation, program development, and grant writing for nonprofits, and support their efforts to seek funding. Dr. Simmons is a change agent and is doing the work to invest in providing resources and opportunities for the public and a safe, equitable learning environment for our children. She has a vested interest in working with nonprofits and is seeking to support them in carrying out their mission and vision to address community issues.
