We are Francis Innovation Operations, known as FIO. We are a family owned and operated small business that has been protecting families for over 45 years. FIO is a woman owned - small business that is currently focusing on domestic manufacturing of personal protection equipment, specifically nitrile examination gloves. Through innovative automation, we believe that we have the capability to produce gloves stateside with quality and pricing to beat foreign competitors.
