Dr. Tittlebaum and his immediate staff have well over 100 years of experience in civil, environmental, and mechanical engineering consulting, including software development. CMET Engineering clients have included local, state, and federal agencies. CMET Engineering is a multidisciplinary engineering firm that specializes in planning, design, and management services for the public sector infrastructure projects. We offer our clients the resources to deliver public works programs, water resource projects, hydraulic studies, and treatment process design.
