With over 15 years of experience in the coaching and training arena, we focus on one-on-one development of leaders for mid- to high-management and leadership positions and deliver customized training for groups on sales, customer service, team development and management. We utilize online tools for assessment and evaluation based on the DISC model, Sales IQ, EIQ, and 360 Management ability. We have been tasked with strategic planning and leadership retreats to develop synergy in high performing teams. We have the capacity to deliver 12-week, online courses on management, marketing, sales and capacity building with participant access from anywhere in the world
