CIELO BREATHWORK LLC

Capabilities

Cielo Breathwork LLC is a human performance company that trains the nervous-system regulation determining whether people and teams execute under pressure — and measures the change. Through The CIELO Method™, we deliver science-backed regulation training, leadership development, burnout prevention, and workforce-readiness programs for corporations, government agencies, and institutions. We produce measurable outcomes with validated before-and-after benchmarks, shifting performance from reactive to regulated — reducing absenteeism, improving decision-making under pressure, and increasing retention. In 2026, our CLOO Performance venture was selected as an NSF I-Corps awardee through the University of Louisville LaunchIt program, advancing our measurement platform toward research and commercialization.
