C&S Construction was started in 1967 by the late TC Conner and Buck Shepherd. Jim Walker became partners with them in 1973. Jim and Ken became partners in 1988. Ken Walker and Greg Kelly became partners in 2015. We also serves the agricultural & metal building markets in Western Kentucky and Western Tennessee. We have experience in commercial construction and farm production facilities that spans over 4 decades. We are also a certified Butler Builder for commercial and farm structures. With over four decades in the agricultural & metal building markets in Western Kentucky and Western Tennessee. We are dedicated to providing the best construction to meet your needs.C&S Construction offers crane rental and service to all of Western Kentucky from Fulton to Paducah and Northwest Tennessee. We have rigging, machinery and experience to handle any lifting project, requiring a 60 ton crane to extreme lifts with our 190 ton Liebherr crane.
