Pulse ISM is a vendor-neutral diagnostic imaging supplier serving hospitals, outpatient clinics, and regulated healthcare environments nationwide. Founded in 2018 and incorporated in 2020, we help healthcare organizations modernize imaging infrastructure by addressing equipment obsolescence, replacement gaps, and budget-driven capital planning while maintaining clinical operations. We deliver multi-manufacturer imaging solutions, including MRI, CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, digital and mobile X-ray, R&F rooms, C-arms, ultrasound, DR panels, and imaging accessories. Our primary focus is musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging, including Long Format DR panels, Medium Format DR panels, DR detector solutions, complete X-ray systems, and orthopedic imaging accessories. We also provide installation coordination, applications training, and electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance to maximize equipment life, reduce downtime, and lower total cost of ownership.
