IGNI + ICE LLC delivers evidence-based wellness through contrast therapy, compression, and trauma-informed care. Founded and led by veterans, we bridge the gap between clinical research and community wellness. Our team is preparing a 5-year NIH-style clinical trial while simultaneously operating a full-service brick-and-mortar institute in Shawnee, KS. Besides the general public - we serve diverse, underserved adults struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbances. Our feasibility pilots already demonstrate reduced stress (mean drop in GAD-7/PSS-10), improved sleep quality, and high participant satisfaction. Beyond research, IGNI + ICE is committed to long-term commercial viability by expanding wellness services to Kansas City businesses, schools, and local organizations. Our approach integrates scientific rigor with accessible wellness solutions, ensuring sustainability well beyond federal grant periods.
