WoundVision, LLC (Indianapolis, IN) develops and manufactures Scout, an FDA-cleared, non-contact, dual-modality wound imaging device that combines long-wave infrared thermography with high-resolution photography. Scout supports clinicians with wound measurement and documentation of skin temperature changes not visible to the eye, as an adjunct to standard skin and wound assessment in pressure injury prevention programs. The Scout software platform provides EHR integration through HL7/FHIR, along with analytics and clinician training. Scout is deployed in U.S. hospitals, including VA facilities, with 18,000+ clinical users and 2M+ patient encounters. Scout is listed on the VA Technical Reference Model and holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification with a HIPAA addendum. WoundVision provides implementation, training, and ongoing clinical support.
