Capabilities

We are a specialized contractor providing geo-structural solutions for deep foundations, earth retention, and marine construction. Our services with structural support or deep foundations include driven piling, helical, Micropiles, Auger cast, Drilled Displacement Piles, and belled and straight shaft caissons. Earth Retention services include driven/vibrating sheeting, soldier beams, bracing, soil and rock anchors, tie rods and soil nails. Other specialized services we provide are limited access support, grouting, vibrationless piles, and ground improvement, with Rapid Impact Compaction or ground pound. Thatcher provides Marine construction/rehabilitation of cellular cofferdams, dock walls, revetments, breakwaters, jetties, and other shore protection, timber or synthetic fendering systems, and dredging. Thatcher also installs marine piling and sheeting.
