Sims Praxis, LLC builds measurement systems and develops psychometric instruments for institutions, agencies, and funders. The firm designs standardized definitions, indicator sets, data collection instruments, and reporting architecture, and supplies the instrument layer as a subcontractor to program evaluation firms. Five original instruments measure retention risk in working adults, organizational readiness for technology and AI adoption, perspective-taking practice among leaders, student belonging, and cultural compatibility between organizations. Sims Praxis does not perform program evaluation and does not bid on evaluation contracts, which makes the firm a teaming partner rather than a competitor to prime evaluators.
