ReElement Technologies Corporation (“ReElement”) has developed solutions in conjunction with corporate, commercial, academic, and research partnerships to bring innovative battery critical (“BCE”) and rare earth element (“REE”) refining technologies to the domestic market. ReElement commercially produces separated and purified battery-grade materials, such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, and manganese, and magnet-grade materials, such as neodymium, dysprosium, praseodymium, and terbium through recycling end-of-life products, manufacturing scrap, virgin ores, mine waste, tailings, and concentrates using patented ligand assisted displacement simulated moving bed chromatography. ReElement is a multi-feedstock, multi-mineral refiner for the electrification economy, national defense purposes, and the mobility market.
