Navigate Maternity is a tech enabled medical device company and nationally accredited DME provider improving maternal health outcomes through remote monitoring and access to essential medical equipment. The Navigate HER platform captures key biometric data from the first prenatal visit through twelve months postpartum using FDA cleared Class II Bluetooth devices, and validated screenings for social determinants of health (SDoH) and peripartum depression. This system supports early identification of hypertension, cardiomyopathy, infection, mental health concerns, and other leading drivers of maternal morbidity and mortality.
