Capabilities

JW Composites and Design LLC provides design-to-production composite manufacturing and repair services. Core capabilities include carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar and hybrid composite fabrication; prepreg layup and autoclave curing using a 5 ft. × 10 ft. autoclave; resin infusion; vacuum bagging; composite tooling, plug and mold construction; prototyping; 4 ft. × 8 ft. CNC routing of flat stock and sheet materials; honeycomb-core construction; and structural and cosmetic composite repair. We support prototype, one-off and production-run requirements for motorsports, automotive, industrial and commercial applications. Our strengths include complex component fabrication and repair, high-quality cosmetic finishes and responsive turnaround.
