IrishMudd LLC is a veteran-owned, family-operated regenerative farm in Northern Indiana specializing in premium, pasture-raised heritage livestock and value-added agricultural products. We raise KuneKune pigs, Valais Blacknose and Lincoln Longwool sheep, yaks, and poultry using sustainable, humane practices that prioritize animal welfare, soil health, and nutrient-dense food production. Our offerings include retail and wholesale cuts of heritage meats, traditional charcuterie, lard-based apothecary products, and farm-based education through tours and classes.
