Briones Consulting Group is a veteran-owned, SDVOSB-certified consulting firm serving state and federal health and human services programs. We help Medicaid agencies, Area Agencies on Aging, and home and community-based services (HCBS) providers strengthen direct-care workforce recruitment and retention, pass provider compliance reviews, and build training that sticks. Core services: workforce recruitment and retention strategy, HCBS and homecare operational assessments, policy and compliance documentation (SOPs, manuals, provider readiness), and leadership and workforce training development, including curriculum design and train-the-trainer programs. We combine hands-on homecare agency operating experience with government program knowledge to help agencies improve outcomes for aging and disabled populations while reducing administrative burden.
