8404 is able to place a minimum of 2 registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, medical assistants and paramedics for CONUS OR OCONUS per month. These positions may be temporary or direct. Healthcare workers provided by 8404 have a minimum of (2) two years recent clinical experience. Candidates will have had a recent criminal background check. CONUS temporary assignments are for a minimum of 13 weeks. OCONUS temporary assignments require a 12 month or greater contract. Assignment setting may be inpatient, outpatient or mobile units. Bill rate does not include travel expenses such as food or lodging. Daily per diem rates are based upon the Defense Travel Management Office posted CONUS rates. OCONUS rates are billed based upon an agreed upon contract. Travel expenses will only apply to temporary workers living 50 miles or greater from there primary residence.
