Elevate for Humanity (via 2 Exclusive LLC-S) designs and delivers short, stackable workforce programs that move people into jobs fast. We run high-school 25-hour micro-stacks and adult pathways on campus, at community hubs, and at employer sites. Training maps to Indiana ETPL/INTraining and aligns with WRG, WIOA Youth/Adult/Dislocated Worker, and U.S. DOL apprenticeship pathways. Learners earn employer-recognized credentials from CareerSafe (OSHA-10/30), HSI (CPR/First Aid/BLS), ACT WorkKeys (NCRC), Milady RISE, and Rise Now employability. We coordinate paid WEX/OJT, handle compliance-ready reporting (FERPA/HIPAA aware), and partner with local employers so every class points to a real opportunity.
