TechServ Corporation is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the State of Illinois. In addition, it is certified by the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Over the last 28 years, TechServ has deployed technology-integrated and innovation-driven solutions in the public education space, with training and technical assistance added to its service line. With that addition, opportunities arose in the public health and public safety sectors, maximizing the focus on technology procurement, integration, and interoperability, as well as enhancing content development, management, and quality improvement. Those opportunities have enabled TechServ to emerge as a project management company focused on delivering cost-effective technology procurement, as well as specializing in program management, strategic consulting, stakeholder collaboration, data collection, and analysis.
