We specialize in providing professional Project Control services for governmental agencies with Deliberate, Verifiable and Replicable processes and data reporting from cradle to grave on any given project. The owners worked as Project Managers within the LOGCAP contract, which exemplified the compliance, reporting and accountability of contract performance. SIG has built a team that brings forth members who served as Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives, DCMA Inspectors, Project Controls/Estimating, Procurement and Material warehousing programs within LOGCAP. Additionally, we have team members who specifically executed contract oversight in coordination with the Department of Justice to oversee companies who were formerly suspended/debarred and as a condition of their opportunity to participate in Federal contracts; they had to work within a strict compliance program format.
