The company was formed in March 2015. Lastly, blueprint is in the process of securing hub zone, ACDBE, and BEP certifications. Blueprint’s target market and existing customers include supermarkets, dine in service companies, food service providers, restaurant chains, government agencies, and hospitality companies. At present, blueprint is privileged to call Whole Foods Market, Mariano’s Fresh Market, Jewel Food Stores and Rouxster’s Cookhouse as customers.
