Nursing Resource Home Health, Inc. offers a complete range of home health services providing the highest quality of care at home in comfort and privacy. We believe that patient and family participation in planning and implementing care is vital to providing quality care and optimum educational and emotional support at home. We develop a comprehensive care plan designed to meet each client's individual needs. We assist in understanding your doctor's instructions and treatment plan, inform physicians of progress regularly and obtain approval for changes in treatment as conditions warrant. We also provide restorative care as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy. These programs are custom designed with the goal of restoring the patient's physical function and promoting self-esteem. All services are provided in accordance with a plan of care approved by the patient's physician. We provide services and on-call coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for our patient's well-being.
