Marinus is dedicated to improving treatment outcomes for patients with rare epilepsies and seizure disorders. Our lead drug candidate is designed to exhibit anti-epileptic activity by virtue of its GABAA receptor modulating properties and is being developed in intravenous (IV) and oral formulations intended to maximize therapeutic reach to adult and pediatric patient populations in both acute and chronic care settings.
