Grito 916 LLC is an innovative partnership between Third Coast Hospitality (TCH) and SOMOS Hospitality, two leading Latino-owned companies with a distinguished presence in Chicago’s food, beverage, and entertainment industry. Together, they bring unmatched expertise in hospitality, event production, and culinary innovation. In collaboration with The General Consulate of Mexico in Chicago, Special Events Management, and The Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (IHCC), Grito 916 LLC leads the planning and execution of “El Grito Chicago”, one of the Midwest’s largest cultural festivals celebrating Mexican Independence.
