Services include post-award performance evaluations, operational site visits, implementation reviews, internal control assessments, subrecipient monitoring under 2 CFR Part 200, cross-site program evaluations, expenditure and budget reviews, and digital accessibility audits (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA), plus Vulnerable Populations Framework™ assessments. Evaluations focus on how programs, services, and operational systems perform under real-world conditions, identifying implementation gaps, participation barriers, operational risks, and opportunities to improve accountability, resource stewardship, and service delivery. Principal serves as federal merit review panelist for EOP/ONDCP, HHS/CDC/NCIPC, HHS/HRSA/NHSC, HHS/SAMHSA, HHS/CMS/CMMI, and HHS/ACF/OFA/CB grant programs.
