Capabilities

LBYD Federal, LLC provides Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services to Federal agencies including program management, master planning, asset management, facilities and infrastructure design, construction phase services, cost estimating, value engineering, and scheduling services. LBYD Federal also provides a full range of environmental engineering services including RCRA/ ERCLA preliminary assessment, site investigation, engineering evaluation, cost assessment, remedial design, time-critical response actions, radiological decontamination & decommissioning, and permitting for contaminants including PFAS, solvents, heavy metals, and other toxic substances. LBYDF also provides Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) and various Commercial Services including staff augmentation, facility management, security, and mission operations support. We have a Facility Clearance (FCL), cleared personnel, and cyber-secure IT systems to perform sensitive Government work.
