Throttle & Threshold (T&T), operating under BuildingYOU LLC, is a physiological performance program delivering functional health education for precision operators — military aviators, general aviation pilots, and other motorsport operators. T&T fills the readiness gap current health systems miss by tying it all together: stress response & sleep/recovery architecture, blood glucose regulation & cognition, and hydration & G-tolerance. Our mission is to prevent unnecessary loss (souls, aircraft, training investment) in high-risk environments by strengthening the physiological foundation on which personnel operate.
