3 Sons Manufacturing is a production CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) machine shop based in North Idaho. Owner/Operator James Ross has 40+ years experience as a machinist of ferrous / non-ferrous metals, plastics and composites across multiple industries. Long term employees have been machining and utilizing CAD/CAM engineering software since the founding of the company in 2001. Currently our 5,000 square foot facility houses 8 vertical mills, 3 lathes, and multiple manual / semi-manual machining centers. The shop also has ample room for material storage and cutting processes. 3 Sons boasts a less than 1% scrap or return rate, as our parts undergo 2nd and 3rd article inspections before shipping out. A critical software program has been developed to track jobs from start to finish to ensure quality, on-time delivery. Based in the Inland Northwest, close to ports in Seattle, we have the ability for quick turn-around and shipping to all areas of the country.
