Sum-IT Health Analytics, LLC (Sum-IT) specializes in health services research, healthcare quality improvement, practice re-design, and measurement. Sum-IT associates have expertise in epidemiology, statistics, nursing, pharmacy, quality improvement, health information technology, and strategic planning and operations. We have experience in academia and collectively have dozens of peer-reviewed publications in health services research and health information technology. Members of our team have supported various state agencies including Iowa Department of Public Health, Iowa Medicaid Enterprise, Oregon Health Authority, and Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Additionally, team members have served as Co-Investigators for federally funded grants and contracts. Sum-IT team members established business solutions for clients that included the integration of strategy and change management principles providing enterprise-wide people, process and technology resolutions.
